We want to be fair on everybody, so if your order does not arrive please let us know immediately and we will dispatch another. Our policy is to ensure ALL parcels are delivered.

Terms and Conditions
1. If the requested products are detained and confiscated by foreign customs , new parcel with same order will be sent again or get your full refund.
2. The availability of any products is subject to change without further notice.
3. Eborsedonna.com is not responsible for delays caused by temporary (out of stock) delays in the delivery of the requested product/products from the manufacturer/supplier or by any other unforeseeable delays. Nor is eborsedonna.com responsible for any delivery delays caused by holidays or by the mail service in charge of the delivery.
4. Order cancellations can not be accepted after the order has been shipped.
