We are an e-commerce website that has dedicated our business to customer service and satisfaction. We specialize in quality products at an affordable factory price.

All our goods will be shipped from China, Germany, Belgium. all products will be shipped with Original item box or package.

We currently ship from Germany or Belgium via transit to the following European countries including Italy,Austria, Belgium, Netherland, Luxemburg, Czech, Danmark, Esthonia, Greece, Spain, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia .(please note: minimum order must be at least 5KG in order to be eligible for the shipment from Germany or Belgium) there is not any customs problems or tax for the above mentioned countries as the package sent via transit within the European country, 100% guaranteed delivery or your money back.)

Rest of the country we ship from China using the following couriers depend on your country location . We choose the best courier , however you can also advice us your own preferred courier company by email.

Delivery Takes between 4-7 Working Days To most of the countries all over the world. A signature may be required for all shipments # Delivery confirmation or tracking number will be e-mailed to customers for all shipments, along with a tracking link.

Delivery Time Frame

All items that are in stock usually ship within 24-48 hours of receiving payment

we will notify you if the items you placed an order whether in stock or can be re-produced within period of time.

if you order some items are not in stock can be re-produced by our factory usually within 6-10 business days and shipped to you immediately when available, this is only the case if you complete the transaction and wait until the production period completed.

Once your order has been shipped, you are sent an e-mail containing your tracking or delivery confirmation number # If you have any questions about delivery, contact us 48-72 hours after order submission.

All shipments passing through customs are listed as either gifts or samples (not for resale) are also possibly subject to customs duties #

Customs duty charges are rare, but not too expensive when they do occur we will refund you the difference# For this reason, we declare products have a customs value of only $10-$50 each (instead of actual value)

we use all our tactics to avoid or minimize the customs charges. currently our customers enjoy receiving their parcels at 99% successful rate without paying customs charges. in very rare case, If your country's customs seized the parcel, we are responsible for replacement or refund .

Cancellations/changes

If you place an order and decide you want to add or remove products from your order or cancel it all together, you can contact us to request the changes to be made.
Orders that do not have a valid e-mail address or phone number will be cancelled by us right away. Confirmation e-mails are sent to the e-mail address given on your order after being submitted. If the e-mail comes back undeliverable and we can't contact you by phone, your order will be cancelled.
we don't accept return for the item that does not fit or simply unwanted.
